The sustainability of Fundación Valles’ programs is based upon creating and strengthening competitive agribusiness. Rural producers’ access to markets and links with processing and marketing businesses, as well as service providers, are the basis for achieving this objective.
Therefore, the Foundation works with the CONECTA network, an agribusiness platform that has been consolidating sustainable business among the stakeholders involved since 2005. On the basis of the priorities and goals that Fundación Valles has set for this decade, as well as CONECTA’s own experience, an Agribusiness Development Service (ADS) has been launched. This is an initiative to improve the quality of business development services aimed at rural producers, with a focus on productive chains and profitable and sustainable agribusinesses.
This new service consolidates and validates years of practice in holding business roundtables, among other commercial events, and seeks to become an integral service suited to the needs of entrepreneurs and producers. Its goal is to build and vitalize an information platform and good agribusiness practices that can strengthen the competitiveness of the Bolivian agricultural sector.
