| Una vez introducido el material y validado su adaptación y viabilidad, pretendemos establecer una nueva fuente de ingreso para los pequeños productores, como alternativa a sus actividades agrícolas tradicionales, y que les brinde mayores ingresos que aquellos. |

After introducing the material and testing its adaptability and feasibility, we expect this effort to establish a new source of income for the small farmers. This alternative crop will deliver a higher income than traditional agricultural activities. |

| Al concluir el primer proyecto se había realizado 12 despachos de exportación a Brasil, dejando un canal establecido para la comercialización y canales de distribución al mercado nacional en desarrollo; una superficie mínima para atender la demanda, un paquete tecnológico probado, logística y protocolos para la comercialización establecidos. |

By the end of the first project, 12 export shipments had been sent to Brazil. Marketing and distribution channels for the national market are being developed. A minimum planting area to meet the demand has been determined, a technological package has been tested and marketing protocols and logistics have been established. |

| Hemos iniciado tres nuevos proyectos: uno para consolidar y ampliar la primera experiencia en Tarija, otro en Cochabamba y, recientemente, un nuevo proyecto en otra zona del valle central en Tarija. Todos éstos incorporan las Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas y las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura durante todo el ciclo a objeto de lograr una buena calidad en la oferta, identificada con determinación de origen. |

We have started three new projects: one to consolidate and expand the first experience in Tarija, another in Cochabamba and, most recently, a new project in another part of the central valley in Tarija. All of these projects apply good agricultural practices and good manufacturing practices throughout the entire crop cycle to achieve a high quality product that is identified with the origin of Bolivia. |
