La Junta de Fideicomisarios está conformada por Willy Soria (Presidente); Ernesto Araníbar, Gonzalo Paz y Guillermo Ribera (Vocales); Edgar Guardia (Secretario) y Bruce L. Brower (Asesor). Esta Junta, que se ha reunido en cuatro oportunidades durante el 2004, asume también el control y el seguimiento de los recursos del Fondo Dotal y del Fondo Patrimonial.
